The fine family business from 1949 soon proved its boundless success when chef Bernard Proot and later son Jan Proot became members of Relais Desserts, a collection of the 100 best pastry chefs in the world.Today DelReY has two shops and several pop-ups in addition to the Antwerp store and Chocolate Lounge.
