Boom and his team opened Dusit in 2002 to pay homage to the local and national press. Boom, which was originally from Bangkok, worked at the end of the UK food and restaurant industry for twenty years before developing the Dusit concept. The Dusit team has built an enviable reputation based on great food, attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere. Contemporary Thai cuisine, using the best fresh local produce, with herbs, spices and Asian vegetables imported from Thailand. This has resulted in Dusit being recognized as one of the best Thai restaurants in the country.
