Located within the Colmore Business District The Jekyll and Hyde offers something a little different when looking for a bar or restaurant. An old boozer on Steelhouse Lane was taken over in 2009 by Bitters ‘n Twisted, the people already behind Birmingham venues Island and The Victoria (with Bodega, The Rose Villa Tavern, The New Inn, Marmalade and Buffalo and Rye to follow), after a renovation, a new menu and a big dash of imagination The Jekyll & Hyde was born! Offering a wide range of drinks, from the classic G&T to a cocktail menu of inventive concoctions – served alongside a fresh, homemade food menu. Step outside and you’ll be in the Wonderland Courtyard – a sun filled (sometimes!) city centre hide away. Living up to its name the venue has two personalities – Mr. Hyde’s Main Bar and Dr. Jekyll’s Gin Parlour
