When a hundred years ago, D. Fidel Sánchez decided to transform the tradition of slaughter and the production of hams and sausages for own consumption into a small family business, he could hardly imagine that he was sowing the germ of a family business project that a century and Three generations later it continues to grow, sown with illusions and projects. On that path of evolution is FISAN permanently; because work, research and constant dedication have been the only possible recipe to preserve the traditional taste of the best Iberian as an ideal in these times of increasing changes and demands.
