When a hundred years ago, D. Fidel Sánchez decided to transform the tradition of slaughter and the production of hams and sausages for own consumption into a small family business, he could hardly imagine that he was sowing the germ of a family business project that a century and Three generations later it continues to grow, sown with illusions and projects.
