Since 1978, In 't Nieuw Museum has stood for unadulterated cosiness in a characteristic setting. The food is prepared on our charcoal grill in the center of the restaurant. Fish or meat, real classics and unknown or forgotten dishes, we are happy to combine it on our menu.
