On 8 September 2011, Europe's first Shang Palace restaurant opened in Paris. In 2012, it was awarded with 1 star in the Michelin Guide. Originally inspired by Southeast China's culinary traditions, the restaurant offers authentic Chinese cuisine made by Chef Samuel Lee.
