The team welcome you to a young adventurous gastronomic kitchen. A warm modern setting with access to a sunny garden. Located in Ixelles,near 'Ma Campagne,Chatelain and Square Brugmann. Artisauce is part of Brussels' dynamic food culture. This culinary and family adventure started in April 2013. Two key principles: really creative gastronomy and a special emphasis on sauces. Since march 2019 the young chef Karim Hassanin is runing the cuisine. He was learning with his father since his 15 in the family restaurant Costa Smeralda in Rome. After Italy, Belgium (le Brugmann and les Petits Oignons) and Australia (Grossi Florentino) he is back to practice his art. The menu is simple but made up of delicious dishes that are festival of tastes. The owner and his wife in the dining area, a combination which produces an atmosphere that is both professional and very welcoming.
